Contino Wind Group is the Polish representative office of Contino Holding from Belgium. It runs its international activities in wind farm projects, particularly in technical and administrative consultancy, implementation of turn-key construction and assembling works as well as wind farm operations.

With its 15 years of experience in the field, reliability and the use of highest standards in energy production and environmental protection Contino Wind Group guarantees successful implementation of its projects. The capacity of projects that have been implemented till now amounts to 900 MW of which 370 MW is currently produced in the form of environment friendly renewable energy.

So far main areas of the holding’s activity included Germany, Austria and France. In Poland Contino Wind Group is represented by Contino Polska Sp. z o.o. and Contino Wind Partners Sp. z o.o. As a market with a large development potential Poland has been selected as a new area where the Group focuses its activities. Towards achieving this goal partnership cooperation was established with Von der Heyden Group, an internationally recognized investor and developer that since 1989 has concentrated its central operations on the Polish market. The Belgian Contino Holding’s shareholders include also the Austrian Raiffeisenbank Group.

Contino Wind Group’s business model comprises both developer activities in wind farm installations as well as takeovers and acquisitions of prepared projects and projects with authorizations. The Group’s main goal is to set up a system of wind farms and to operate them.
